We have been established in the cleaning business both in the UK and Spain for over 25 years so have considerable experience in knowing what is important to you. We have been letting properties for 17 years so whether it is managing your property in Spain, renting out an investment or simply wanting to hire a holiday home we can help you.

We work  in the Orihuela Costa and surrounding areas where we advertise approximately 60 properties to rent.  We are resident in Villamartin and have many properties close to our base. We pride ourselves in advertising a more upmarket property for our guests to rent which enhances the amount of 5 star reviews we receive.

The Orihuela Costa is renowned as one of the most established and sought after areas when it comes to a place to live or enjoy a holiday. Orihuela Costa has a fabulous selection of golf courses, we are now lucky enough to have Zenia Boulevard shopping mall with a fabulous food hall which is open day and night, along with some of the best beaches with everything you will need to enjoy your time in the area.
