This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property is ideally situated to enjoy all of the local amenities including Zenia Boulevard only a 5 minute drive away and 5 golf courses all within a 15 minute drive. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, opens up into the living room which is fitted with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and English and TV is available, you will find a comfy sofa and indoor dining area. On the second floor you will find a double bedroom with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes which leads out onto a balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe together with air conditioning. Also on this level there is a family bathroom. The property has use of a lovely communal pool. Outside you will find a balcony for every room and a nice solarium area for soaking up the sun. You will find bars and restaurants a short walk away or many commercial centres within a 5 minute drive.

Blue flag beaches can be found along the coast with beach bars promenades, you will find a water park in Torrevieja open during peak season and live entertainment on many of the beaches throughout the area.

La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you. At Mil Palmeras they have inflatable’s in the sea.

Zenia Boulevard offers you a shoppers’ paradise where you can shop until you drop and then maybe stop for a bite to eat in the dedicated food hall or a snack at a tapas bar in the centre. Zenia Boulevard is open from 10.00 in the morning until 10.00 at night, the day and evening experiences are quite different but equally as good.

Reservation Details
– A 100€ deposit is required to secure the reservation, the final balance will be collected 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Please note once final payment has been paid, refund is no longer available.
– A 150€ damage deposit will be collected with the final payment and then returned within 7 days of your departure after an inspection of the
€70 will collected on arrival for clean and laundry.
– The standard arrival time is 2pm and expected departure at 10am. If either of these times are not suitable please inform us in advance and we will try to accommodate if possible.
– A 15€ charge will be applied to arrivals that are between 8pm and 10pm or 25€ for later than 10pm.
