The property is situated 2 minute walk from Villamartin Plaza and 50 meters from further bars and restaurants where you will be able to find all day sunshine should you want it.
This fantastic 2 bed apartment is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a secure, partly gated development. There is a large lounge and dining area with satellite TV with English channels plus free wi-fi.
The property comprises of 1 double bedroom with en suite, 1 twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There are doors leading onto the balcony from the lounge. The balcony overlooks the communal gardens with the larger of the 2 pools on the left.
The apartment comes with air conditioning in the lounge.
Beach
La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Cabo Roig beach is just a short drive from the apartment. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you.
Golf
The Orihuela Costa is a picturesque location perfectly located on Costa Blanca South of Spain. Courtesy of the surrounding airports, hotels, and many golf courses, Orihuela Costa has very much become a sought after and lively golfing destination.
If you are travelling for golf specifically, or are hoping to include golf in your plans then be assured that you are within 5 to 15 minutes from a number of Spain’s most popular golf courses
Fees & Services
€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
Nursery hire is available but must be pre-booked, €15 for travel cost and €15 for highchair paid cash on arrival

The golf club is right next to the Plaza with its many bars and restaurants. The quality here is exceptional and reasonably priced. There are also another 6 golf clubs within a 10-20 minute drive. Local supermarkets, doctors, dentist, choice of restaurants, bars (some bars have internet access) & discos along with Pharmacia, hairdressers and shops etc all within 5 minute walking distances. This area is lively and busy – particularly in peak Summer months. Nearby horse riding and go-karting, Padel are also available. Even livelier Torrevieja is just 10 minutes drive away where there is a hypermarket, shopping centre and aqua park (only open at peak season). La Zenia Boulevard is the closest shopping centre and is a delight to visit during the day or in the evening.

A €150 deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Once this has been paid you are unable to get a refund if you cancel. €150 damage deposit will be collected with the final payment and refunded within 7 days of departure after inspection.
