Blue flag beaches are located at La Zenia, Cabo Roig just a short drive from the property. Car hire is recommended if you want to travel around however, there is a bus service from the Plaza which will take you to La Zenia Beach or the Boulevard.

The La Zenia Boulevard shopping center has enriched the area not only giving you an array of clothes shops but many coffee shops, bars and a whole floor dedicated to eating out which is open late into the night. The Boulevard very often has entertainment and is well worth a visit.

Reservation Details
– A 150€ deposit is required to secure the reservation, the final balance will be collected 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Please note once final payment has been paid, refund is no longer available.
– A 150€ damage deposit will be collected with the final payment and then returned within 7 days of your departure after an inspection of the property has been carried out.
– €70 for clean and laundry paid on arrival.
– The standard arrival time is 2pm and departure at 10am. If either of these times are not suitable please inform us in advance and we will try to accommodate if possible.
– A 15€ charge will be applied to arrivals that are between 8pm and 10pm or 25€ for later than 10pm.
– Departures before 8am will also be charged 15€.
– Nursery hire available high chair and travel cot €15 each
