This villa is set in it´s own grounds with a heated pool and private outside area. Campoamor beach is only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk. This charming Spanish feel property could be your home for your Orihuela visit.

On the ground level you will find a open plan living and dining area with air conditioning, Tv Channels in both Spanish and English. dining area for 6 people. Also on this level there is a bathroom with a shower, as well as the kitchen with everything thing you need to dine at home. Leaving the kitchen you have a utility room where you will find the washing machine, this leads out to the outdoor dining area by the private pool (the pool is available for heating the cost for this is €30 per day). There are 2 permanent loungers and also the use of some portable ones which you are able to take to the beach.

On the 1st floor you will find 2 double bedrooms both with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes as well as ceiling fans. The third bedroom is a twin room which also has air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

Everything you need t make yourself at home and enjoy your holiday.

At the beach you will find a selection of bars and restaurants, Cabo Roig strip is only a short distance away, where you will also find a Consum for your shopping.
Fees and services
€110 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
Optional pool heating priced at 30€ per day for your stay, must be pre-arranged .
