The villa comes with air conditioning cold or hot in all rooms. There is a further terrace leading from the lounge which will give you sunshine until the early afternoon.

Another terrace to the back of the property will give you sunshine until it sets. The property is also only a 4 min walk to the Villamartin Golf course and within easy reach of Campoarmor and Las Ramblas courses with many others less than 15 min drive.

Blue flag beaches are located at La Zenia, Cabo Roig just a short drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended if you want to travel around however, there is a bus service from the Plaza which will take you to La Zenia Beach or the Boulevard. The beautiful Zenia Boulevard shopping center has enriched the area not only giving you an array of clothes shops but many coffee bars and a whole floor dedicated to eating out which is open late into the night. The Boulevard very often has entertainment and is well worth a visit. When you arrive at the property you will find a welcome pack with wine, beer, water, milk and some snacks.

Fees and Services
€100 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
