Venture to the rooftop terrace by using the communal stairs outside the apartment. This expansive terrace, distinct from the main living space, includes a sofa bed in the conservatory, a shower, and a toilet.

Ascending from the front door’s staircase, the upper floor reveals a third room with a high-quality sofa bed (140×200), TV, and Bluetooth speaker. This floor also accommodates a shower and toilet, as well as an almost 100m2 solarium. The solarium boasts a dining table for eight, sun beds, a lounge area, an outdoor shower, a complete outside kitchen, a barbecue, and breathtaking panoramic views. For those desiring a swimming pool, day passes for pool and sunbed access are available for purchase nearby.

The residence also features a secured parking space. The nearest supermarket (Consum) is approximately 500 meters away, while Zenia Boulevard, one of Spain’s largest shopping malls, is 900 meters away. Additionally, several renowned golf courses are just a short drive away.
